Born in Fes (Morocco) on December 17th.
Football player with several teams of this city, I left Morocco in 1968 to pursue my graduate studies in Belgium. It is in this country that I acquire a true footballing stature. I play with several teams as well as selections from my university and the Moroccan national team university.
At the end of my studies, I put end to my football career and work for the second largest insurance company in Belgium. Later, I worked as an economist at the EEC, which has since become the EU.
In 1981, I returned to Morocco and put my knowledge to the dispose of my country.
With a dual background, economic and legal, I contribute, for thirty years, to all major development projects in Morocco.
Until the late 1980s, I participated and sometimes drove the negotiations between Morocco and the EU. With successive waves of enlargement of the Community, the Association Agreement with Morocco of 1969, to which succeeded the Cooperation Agreement in 1976, had to be adapted to the new contours of the European Union. It is then burst into extended agreements.
From the year 1990, I contribute to all the reforms of the business climate and oversee also investments in the tourism sector. From this period dates the main tourist program, the "Azur Plan", implemented since the early 2000s.
I became adviser to the Prime Minister in 2000, I participated in all the major reforms of King Mohamed VI.
I left the Administration in January 2011 to find my first love, football.
I become FIFA Players' Agent, I put my legal and economic double education, my deep knowledge of the 27 countries of the European Union and of Morocco, and my long experience in negotiating for the benefit of talented players, football clubs and sports associations.
